Program Description
专业介绍：北京理工大学管理与经济学院工商管理专业是我校管理学科中创立时间最早的专业，1980年开始招生，1998年由管理工程专业调整为工商管理。本专业隶属于工商管理一级学科，具有硕士、博士学位授予权，设有博士后流动站，该学科被评为北京市重点学科。依托北京理工大学和管理学院的优秀教育资源，利用技术经济与战略管理系及组织与人力资源系共同培养的优势，本专业目前已经形成了特色鲜明、结构合理的多模块、多层次的课程教育培养体系。在教学过程中，采用案例教学等卓有成效的教学方法，充分利用信息化的教学手段，使学生在拥有完整的管理学科专业知识和扎实的综合理论基础的同时，具备很强的战略管理、人力资源管理与项目管理和投融资管理的能力。本专业现有35位专任教师，其中，教育部长江学者特聘教授1人，国家杰出青年基金获得者1人，国家“百千万人才工程”国家级人选1人，国际质量科学院院士1人，中国青年科技奖获得者1人，教育部新世纪优秀人才1人，北京市优秀人才支持计划2人，60%以上教师都有海外留学或访学背景，86%的教师具有博士学位。毕业生就业领域宽，覆盖工商企、事业单位，亦包括金融机构和政府部门等，广泛服务于金融、房地产、汽车、制造、信息等行业。本专业授予管理学学士学位。近五年来，本专业共承担国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社科基金、教育部博士点基金、国家软科学研究计划、工信部软科学计划、北京市自科基金和社科基金、企业合作科研以及国际合作等各类项目70余项，研究总经费1500余万元。累计发表学术论文400余篇，其中被SSCI、SCI、EI收录60余篇。
培养目标：本专业培养践行社会主义核心价值观，适应全球化与信息化时代国家经济可持续发展需要, 掌握工商企业战略管理、人力资源管理、投融资管理、运作管理等领域的基本理论、方法和技能，具有社会责任感、人文精神、国际视野、创新意识、团队精神和沟通技能，能够胜任工商企事业单位组织运行和职能部门管理工作的高素质专业人才。
主要课程（群）：专业基础课程: 管理学原理、微观经济学、宏观经济学、企业伦理与社会责任、人力资源管理、组织行为学、计量经济学、市场营销学、管理信息系统、会计学基础、应用统计学、管理运筹学、创业创新管理、财务管理概论、战略管理、运作管理、工程经济学、公司治理、市场研究方法等。专业选修课程: 管理与研究设计、管理数据分析与决策、工业组织心理学金融经济学、跨文化管理、项目管理、品牌管理、证券投资学、企业经营决策模拟、绩效与薪酬管理、员工福利与保障、物流管理、经济法、创新管理、数字经济：技术创新与商业转型、工业组织心理学、初入职场的心理与素质要求、积极成长与职业人生、技术管理等。
毕业生基本要求：毕业生应具有人文修养、社会责任感和职业道德；具备工商企业所需的管理、经济以及相关自然科学知识；具备运用专业知识和方法解决实际问题的能力；具有管理实践学习经历及管理软件的应用能力；了解工商企业管理现状和发展趋势；具备较强的语言与文字表达、人际沟通、团队协作的能力；能够胜任企业投融资管理、人力资源管理和项目管理工作；掌握基本的创新方法，具有批判性思维和追求创新的意识和能力；具有综合运用理论和管理手段规划企业可持续发展的能力；掌握文献检索、资料查询及运用现代信息技术获取信息的基本方法；了解与企业管理流程相关的设计、研发、生产、环境保护等方面的方针、政策和法律、法规，能正确认识科学管理对客观世界和社会的影响；具有终身学习的意识和自学能力，具有国际视野和一定的国际交流与合作能力。
